Project Manager

Looking for a full-time Project Manager

One of our major projects desperately needs a talented and experienced PM. We are developing a professional crypto trading platform and related products/services for the cryptomarket.

Project Manager will be involved in the following activities:

Participation in the development of technical solutions based on business requirements;
Full-cycle project management of the developers’ team – planning, organization, monitoring tasks;
Set SMART goals, hold contributors accountable for their deadlines & deliverables; pro-actively follow up with process participants;
Ensure quality of the process and team performance;
Remove process blockers and escalate and resolve issues.

Requirments:

Project Management experience
Experience in agile development methodologies
Leadership and team motivation skills, decision making
Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
Experience in fixed price project management techniques and practices
Experience in preparing technical and project documentation
Upper-intermediate written English skills
International expertise and perspective

Nice to have:

MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent is preferred
